The Newport Beach Police Department reserves the right to reject the use of this certificate, at the sole discretion of the Watch Commander or Supervisor.  The redeemer must not be on probation, parole, or have an arrest warrant at the time of redemption.  This certificate is transferable to another party if the bearer does not meet these requirements. Certificate expires one year from date issued.
