Patti is a Gloucester-based artist whose subjects range from landscapes to city scenes. The intensity of her hues and flow of her brush strokes creates a drama that draws the viewer into her paintings. Her current work is more expressionistic in nature as the landscapes are transformed into brilliant colors ê Many carry Spanish titles that echo the essence of her emotions. Throughout the year, Patti can be found paintings both inside her studio as well as outdoors. Though painting outdoors can be a challenge, Patti enjoys the experience of transferring the moments and her sense of place with her paint. Patti's work has been recognized by Art du Monde in New York, NY, by the Copley Society in Boston, MA, and by the Rockport Art Association in Rockport, MA.
