A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Anthony Lombardo joined 1789 Restaurant in 2011. Before relocating to DC, he spent four years as the chef de cuisine at Bacco Ristorante in Southfield, Michigan. The restaurant has received numerous awards and was named one of “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat. Anthony brings experience from other notable restaurants, including Galileo Ristorante in DC, Villa Maiella Ristorante in Guardiagrele, Italy and the four-star, five-diamond Everest Room in Chicago.
In the year Lombardo has been at 1789, the restaurant has had its most successful summer yet. He was given full control, changed the entire menu, introduced new techniques and spruced it all up with a fresh, new attitude.

Date and details to be agreed upon by the chef and the winning bidder. Dinner cannot be held between October 1, 2013 and January 5, 2014. Winning bidder's home must be within 30 miles of the restaurant and have a working kitchen.
