Let Celebrity Series Artists in Community the Boston Public Quartet liven up your next cocktail party with elegant and fun chamber music!

The Boston Public Quartet is a professional string quartet that serves as the resident ensemble and directing team of the non-profit organization musiConnects. You may hear the BPQ in a variety of venues - in a traditional concert hall, a cafe, a home, a rehabilitation clinic, a community center, a place of worship, or in a library.  Most often you will find them inspiring young musicians at the Chittick and Sumner Elementary Schools, where they work to provide free string instruments and holistic, long-term musical instruction to a growing number of students.  

Celebrity Series Artists in Community are local musicians or ensembles already performing in the Boston area at an emerging or resident artist level. Through the Celebrity Series Arts for All! community-based initiatives, we are proud to work with the Boston Public Quartet to conduct in-school interactive demonstrations, engaging over 500 school children this season.
