Winemaker Brendan Eliason (former wine director at Va de Vi and owner of Periscope Cellars, a leader in the urban wine revolution) will take you and up to nine guests on a winemaking experience at Periscope Cellars Winery in Napa. Brendan will provide a private tasting from his previous harvest as well as his award-winning current releases, and youll choose wines to blend your own custom wine barrel that will produce approximately 300 bottles (25 cases) of wine! A scrumptious catered lunch will compliment your adventure. DRAA will help you custom-design your own label, then your wine will be bottled and labeled. Next comes a private release party hosted in the beautiful oak courtyard of Va de Vi with up to 20 of your closest connoisseur friends (some restrictions apply). A tasting menu tailored to your wine will complete this adventure.
