Local artist Thomas Taneyhill is a painter and illustrator. He currently lives and works in Lafayette, and is both a studio and plein aire painter. He finds inspiration in the land of Northern California, and has forged a well-recognized voice for himself over the years. About his work Taneyhill states: My greatest challenge is to find the elusive quality of timelessness hidden within a modern landscape.
