This parking pass, valid for one year, isn't attainable in any other way than through On Broadway. You can't buy one because they're not for sale. Pass applies to a variety of lots around Walnut Creek.  You may park in any pay lot or metered location patrolled by Regional Parking, Inc. without having to pay or being restricted to any posted time limits.
