A great night of fun and BEER! Invite up to 10 guests to your home for an evening of fun and education about the "Microchasm of Microbrew" as taught by Ron Sailki. Ron has workedin the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. Most recently Corporate Wine Director of San Diego based Dallo Enterprises", "Food & Beverage professional", formerly of Roy's, PF Changs and Boston Beer Works- Fenway.He has appeared in Wine Spectator, and on The Big Biz Show (radio), Wonderland- The Del Mar Episode (television) and a few wine blogs. Each guest willl sample 6-8 craft beers while teaching your guests all about the microbrews and help you understand the complex flavorings of each. The winner of this evening will need to provide the location, as well as glassware of the event.Winnder will coordinate day and time with donor.
