Lady Friar Basketball sponsors two (2) different Basketball Athletic Summer Camps for summer 2013. 

Ladies High School Basketball will be held for girls in 7th - 9th grade from July 8th - 11th from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m., and for girls in 10th - 12th grades from July 15th - 18th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.  Under the leadership of Head Coach Andy Zihlman and the entire Lady Friar coaching staff, this intense week of basketball begins the player evaluation period for the 2013 - 2014 school year.  It is highly recommended that incoming and current players attend.  Athletes will participate in fundamental instructions, specialized drills and individual skill development, as well as team competitions.  Each of these components is aimed at strengthening player skills while building confidence and mental toughness.  In keeping with the Lady Friar tradition of maintaining a winning program, special attention will be devoted to defensive skills to specifically help the athlete prepare for the next level of play.  This camp is open to high school players from any school or district.

Ladies Youth Basketball will be held for girls in 3rd - 6th grade from July 8 - 11th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., and girls in 7th - 9th grade from July 8 - 11th from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Under the leadership of Head Coach Andy Zihlman, the nationally recognized Lady Friar basketball team has won the TAPPS and TCIL State Championships more times than any other program in Texas.  The team currently holds the national record for the most consecutive state championships (12) and 27 titles overall.  The Lady Friar Youth Basketball Camp will incorporate skill-building sessions, competitions, team-building activities and one-on-one instruction from well-trained, experienced coaches and collegiate players.
