Inspired by San Francisco's historic standing as the birthplace for some of the world's great cocktails (Martini, Irish Coffee, Pisco Punch and Mai Tai,), Paolo and his great barbacks (Christina Huizar, Ladan and Shirzad Chamine, Peter and Gillian Emblad and Laura and Joe Sweeney) will be creating a couple of liquid creations that you'll never forget.
