However, for those who are highly sensitive or allergic to gluten, note that the particular flour they use is milled and produced in a facility that is not exclusively dedicated to gluten-free products. Their sweet crpes are made with eggs, milk, wheat flour and sugar, and served with a variety of toppings, including salted caramel sauce, chocolate, nutella or sugar and butter.
