Launched by SFDS alums, The Corner Store restaurant and pub opened last September in a spot thats a mere stones throw from campus at the corner of Masonic and Geary. And its been packed since the get-go. The American comfort food menu features the Corner Store Burger, which Eater.com proclaimed in January one of the 25 Hottest Burgers in America Right Now. (Since your interest is piqued, the burger features aged cheddar, bacon jam, pickled red onion, and garlic aioli.) Theyre open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
