$500 discount for Roughing It Day Camp Program. This certificate can be used toward Roughing It's 4- & 8-week Day Camp, for a 2-week session of Horse Camp, or a 2-week session of Little Raccoons. Roughing It Day Camp is a traditional, all-outdoor day camp located at the Lafayette Reservoir for children ages 4 1/2 -16. We offer instruction in horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, rowing, fishing, sports, crafts, outdoor education and more. Our 4- and 8-week sessions build friendships, teamwork, skills, and confidence. Transportation is included (from East Bay locations and San Francisco) and extended care programs are available. Roughing It also offers a 2-week speciality English and Western riding and horsemanship camps. Our comprehensive program includes multiple riding lessons daily, horsemanship, and a horse show every session. Little Raccoons is a two-week introductory day camp program for younger children entering pre-K through 1st grade. Roughing It has been helping children grow in wonderful ways since 1972.
