The Drum Den is owned and operated by Pete Martinez, a Hoboken native who is a well-known sideman on the local music scene. Pete has been playing, performing, teaching, buying, selling, fixing and lending out drums for the past 10 years. The Drum Den is located on the second floor in Hobokens Neumann Leather Building E, an old factory on Observer Highway and Willow Avenue that once housed the Neumann Leather Tannery. It is now a mixed-use space made up of artists, musicians, and other skilled craftsmen.
