Enjoy 7 nights on Long Beach Island, NJ in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 8-10 people.  The house is located in Brant Beach and is one block from the bay and beach.  A weekday check-in is preferred.

Black out dates include May 25-27, June 15-16, July 4-7, July 20-27, August 24-September 3 and LBI Chowderfest weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas through New Year's Day. Winner is required to pay the $120 cleaning fee and leave a $750 security deposit in addition to the bidding price. No pets. No smoking. Bring your own sheets, bath and beach towels.
