Two Passes to the 2014 Aspen Ideas Festival

The Aspen Ideas Festival is dedicated to Engaging Ideas that Matter. Modeled after educational seminars, topics covered during the festival include global politics and economics, U.S. Policy, the environment, technology, science, health, education, the arts, and economic issues. Past AIF speakers include President Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Ehud Barak, Madeleine Albright, Murray Gell-Mann, Sylvia Earle, Stephen Breyer, Sandra Day O'Connor, Eric Holder, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sir Ken Robinson, and Ayaan Hirsi Ali. The 2014 Aspen Ideas Festival takes place from June 24 through July 3, 2014.

Enjoy a Private Wine Paired Dinner for Four

Bringing together some of the best that the Aspen Skiing Company has to offer, let Executive Chef Jim Butchart and Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy create a one of a kind food and wine experience in your very own private residence. 

Jim will create a hand tailored meal for you and three other guests, incorporating local ingredients assembled from the finest vendors in the valley. He’ll lean on his experience from work done at the Coyote Café (Santa Fe), Bouchon (NYC), French Laundry (Napa Valley) and the Greenbrier Sporting Club (Sulphur Springs, WV) to craft a truly one of a kind meal.

Then Little Nell's Element 47 Wine Director and Master Sommelier, Carlton McCoy will tap into the Nell’s award-winning wine cellar drawing on over 1,500 selections to pair with Butchart’s creative talents.  Rated one of the "100 Best Wine Restaurants in America" Carlton will be sure to select amazing wines paired with a fabulous meal bound to make your evening a magical culinary experience.
