Key West FL, A Personalized Tour

Item Number: 184
Time Left: CLOSED

Description
What I'm offering is a personalized tour of Key West. Why did you come? Water, the arts, the ecology, the pirates, the history? I'll meet you at the airport (that's worth about $30 by itself), give you a little tour en route to your hotel or B&B. Then (when you choose) a longer guided tour about town or through the lower keys, focusing on your interests. My young (she's in her 40s) friend invites two lucky winners to be her guest on a Danger Charter--(worth about $150)
all-day watersports or romantic sunset Wind & Wine sail on a lovely schooner (caveat: we may come, too). I'll be available during your stay to recommend attractions and restaurants, and I'll accompany you, if you wish, to Shabbat services at our little Conservadox (ritually traditional, socially liberal) congregation.

Me: I'm old but still with it, my young friends say. I still have, somewhere, my copy of the first issue of Lilith. I'm a recovering college teacher, actor, journalist--and till last week, when my paper folded, an arts critic. I retired to Key West in 1994 (from South Orange, NJ) and have been a civil rights activist since 1954 (I was 14), an out feminist since 1969. I'm proud to consider myself a Pagan, Unitarian Jew and a troublemaker. I have two sons and a passel of "adopted" kids--young adults 20s-50s who, for one reason or another, need a mom.
Is that enough? (You can probably check me out on Facebook--under Constance Gilbert.)
