In 2008 Braverman was elevated to fellowship in the American Institute of Architects, an honor that is bestowed on the architectural leadership of the field. She is also a 1996 recipient of the esteemed New York Architectural League’s Emerging Voice. In 2012, she was asked to present the work of her firm at the 13th International Architectural Venice Biennale.

In 1991 Louise Braverman, a graduate of the Yale School of Architecture, established her own architectural firm, Louise Braverman, Architect. Her firm is a highly focused architectural studio that is committed to creating inventive, sustainable architecture both locally and globally.
