Cab Calloway Story: Cab Calloway was the most celebrated singer, dancer, vaudevillian, bandleader of the Harlem Renaissance of the 1930s and '40s Swing Era.  In his early days, while performing with the group, he was taken under the wing of trumpeter Louis Armstrong who turned Cab's voice into an icon of scat and jazz vocals.  He is most known for his song "Minnie the Moocher".  This new musical which is headd to New York follows the up and down life of Cab Calloway as he becomes an international legend.
