In just 13 years at Baylor, the former Olympic Gold medalist has twice guided the Lady Bear basketball program to the pinnacle of women's basketball, the 2005 and 2012 NCAA national championships, 12 NCAA Tournament appearances, 13, 20-win seasons, four, 30-win campaigns and an NCAA record 40 wins and undefeated record in 2011-12. In addition, over the past seven seasons, Mulkey has led the Lady Bears to three Final Four appearances (2005, '10, `12) and nine Big 12 Conference titles.
