The certificate is applicable towards tuition
for one Art Center for Kids course only. Supplies and lab fees are not
included. The certificate may not be redeemed for cash and is
non-transferrable. It expires on May 18, 2014. The certificate must be
presented during the registration period to the Art Center for Kids office
along with a completed registration form. The Art Center for Kids office is
located at 950 S Raymond Ave in Pasadena, California.  

A hard copy of the gift certificate (signed by
Paula Goodman), the auction donor form, and an Art Center for Kids catalog will
follow in the mail.
