Michelle founded Befit Studio in the belief that the best physical results are achieved through an exciting combination of client commitment, trainer skill and energetic routines. One-on-one and partner sessions are designed specifically for you, and only after a thorough fitness assessment and evaluation of your goals. 

Offering personal training, Pilates exercise and equipment, and boxing, BeFit Studio programs not only achieve results, but keep clients motivated and enthusiastic.
