Cooking class for two couples provided by Shannon Moe in her lovely home kitchen in Blackhawk. Shannon was the chef and owner of an award winning night spot, Revolution, in San Francisco's Mission District. She caters small events and intimate dinners, as well as making homemade and healthy reheatable meals for the last five years. Classes are geared to the skill level and food interests of the participants. Classes generally cover knife skills, salad dressing and sauce making, and basic meat preparation. The participants eat what they prepare and are provided with the recipes they created. Wine is also paired with the food created that evening (1 bottle per couple, 2 bottles total).
