Orthodontic services include comprehensive (full braces) or limited (partial braces) for a period of up to 3 years.  The certificate applies as a discount off their usual and customary treatment fees.  Some necessary services that are NOT provided by Blackhawk Orthodontics - such as diagnostic x-rays, photos, dental cleanings, and tooth extractions - are not donated by our office and will involve additional cost to the redeemer of the voucher.
