Brain Gym is a 21st Century Life Skills Program that helps students with Creative Problem Solving and Character Development.  Our workshops help students break down barriers and improve communication to create stronger, more supportive, healthier peer relationships. Our programs are based on the experiential learning theory and engage all students of all abilities with our problem solving activities. These activities help reinforce social-emotional skills that are applicable in real life situations. Our workshops support the Common Core State Standards by asking open-ended questions that encourage students to reflect, learn, and personalize their experience.
