Azalea Sands -Architect Gene Hamm designed a fun course that can be easily played in a three to four hour time period, a fact sure to bring a smile to even the most impatient golfer's face. At Azalea Sands each hole has newness of it's own. This course full on fairway and green side bunkers is especially "Player friendly". This is because Azalea Sands is one of the few courses that has NO homes, condos or backyards to impede the progress of your game.
Heron Point - Heron Point is an affordable course that offers a lot of GREEN for your green! Recent and on-going renovations in 2012 – 2013 are making Heron Point a new favorite amongst golfers, and the word is quickly spreading. The well-maintained greens, pristine landscaping, friendly staff, an inviting Southern Antebellum clubhouse are just a few of the things that make this one of the most enjoyable courses on the Grand Strand!
Indigo Creek -in the very heart of the Grand Strand's "Low Country" plantation area in Murrells Inlet, just 10 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The back nine is set among giant oaks and flowing creeks. Golf Digest's 1998 Places to Play gives Indigo Creek 3 Stars. This Willard Byrd design has lots of water and wildlife. It's been said that Indigo Creek Golf Club is as enjoyable to look at as it is to play.
River Oaks - opened in 1987, offering three nine-hole coursesspread out over an 800-acre property, River Oaks provides a great golf getaway for a day for golfers of all skill levels. Built on a former wildlife preserve across the Intracoastal Waterway from Myrtle Beach, River Oaks Golf Plantation feels like a world away from the hectic pace of the real world.
