William Lance Berkman (born February 10, 1976) is an American professional baseball first baseman who played for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2011 and 2012.

He stands 6' 1", and weighs 220 pounds (100 kg). Berkman has spent various seasons of his career as a regular at all three outfield positions. He has played with the Houston Astros, New York Yankees, and St. Louis Cardinals. Currently he plays for the Texas Rangers.
