Romayne Barto, who is from Fayette, New York, grew up in a small town and always was enchanted with art and drawn to express his creativity. Says Romayne: "As I journeyed to different places around the world, I found a strong connection to New Orleans, the culture and history. When Katrina hit, I was living in Denver, quit my job and moved to Louisiana to help people make their journey to recovery as much as I could. I enjoy creating art and hope that it gives hope to shine a light to help people find their way home." The mask is titled, The Light of the Fleur De Lis.
