Whenever Scott Hedblom creates, he finds most of his inspiration in nature. Says Scott:, "I tend to use shapes, patterns, textures and colors that are found naturally. I do this in metalwork or fiber art. I'm always trying to find ways to incorporate wood, stones, acorns, feathers, pinecones, seeds, etc. in things I create. One of my favorite characters from The Lord of the Rings is the Ents. This mask represents one of the wise, ancient forest dwellers.
