Cindy Miller started doing mosaics about 4 years ago. "Tilly" was created by first selecting a turquoise piece that Cindy found, which was followed by the selection of all the found glass tiles with such beautiful colors. Says Cindy: " I had no real design planned; she just came to life, like a Goddess from a far-away mystical land."
