Joe Kimble is a 32 year old Denver artist in Denver, Colorado. The majority of Kimble's artwork bridges his two favorite mediums: collage and printmaking. Kimble's signature style utilizes a limited palette of only black and white. About "Crash Test Tribal," Joe says, "The mask I painted is the result of a Zulu/Celtic/Samurai/B-boy head-on collision, hence the title. I used symmetry and repetition with emphasis on the eyes and mouth to instill an impression of spiritual stillness while maintaining a looming and abiding stare."
