Artist Lynette de Anda is a Denver native. I work in all mediums, paint, sculpt, airbrush and mixed media, she says. Works include pieces ranging from realistic to modern, familiar subjects to bizarre. Many pieces reflect my current interest in music, cars and horses from my past. This mask is painted with automotive paint with airbrush, only using the primary colors to achieve a rainbow effect. I've titled it "KISS" (Keep It Simple Stupid), describing my personal goal to avoid the mental clutter that comes when a packed life schedule overtakes me.
