Charles R. Tunstall received his Bachelor's degree at University of Texas (Denton). He is a self-employed artist, painter and photographer. Charles says, "A 3-D application of paint was used to create this mask. The paint as sculpture and the mask as a sculpture with paint. Juxtaposed reverse."
