Every summer since my childhood, my family has always vactioned at the beach. Four generations and as many as forty family members have now experienced the ocean, the sand, the relaxation and most importantly, each other's company at our annual family reunions. The MAST was this year's project inspired by family and created by my sister-in-law, Mary Wolk. Living in Colorado is a privilege but so is vactioning at the beach. My hope is that this mask will inspire its owner to escape to the beach, even if for a few moments a day!
