Denver artist Deanna Quail Pierce created this mask for the Butterfly Pavilion.  Dee has worked at the pavilion for a number of years. She calls the piece “Monarch Migration”, in recognition of the joy butterflies bring to people, as well as of the need to protect the butterflies themselves.
