LASA parent and professional cupcake and truffle creator extraordinaire Iza will create six dark chocolate and six coconut Brazilian truffles for the winning bidder.
Iza's truffles are carefully crafted with Brazilian flair using only natural, high quality ingredients with no stabilizers. While Iza formerly owned and ran a cupcake & truffle bakery in Virginia, she now bakes her delicious creations from her home kitchen in Austin.
Born and raised in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, Iza finds inspiration in brigadeiros, Brazilian national truffles, which are exceptionally popular must-haves in Brazil.
