It doesn't get any better than this -- a deluxe smoked brisket dinner for 10, prepared and delivered to your door by LASA parent Chef Ray Trono and his family!

Chef Ray starts by expertly preparing a whole mesquite-smoked brisket (approximately 8 pounds of meat). Then come all the sides for a barbecue feast: Beans, cole slaw, potato salad, pickles, onions, BBQ sauce and white bread.

Chef Ray and his family will deliver the meal on a mutally-agreed date and time to your location, hot and ready to eat.

Chef Ray, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, oversees all aspects of the Cafe Divine Food Ministry, dedicated to serving fabulous food to St. David’s parishioners, the downtown community, and all those who host events at St. David’s Church.
