2 Tickets to 2013 Harvest Crush Course, Shrewsbury, MA

Join us at the winery for our harvest to sample local New England wines and crush the grapes of Zoll Cellars future vintages. Think like a winemaker as we process the grapes prior to fermentation. Pastry Chef and Vintner, Frank Zoll, will share with you how he hand crafts his wines.
Harvest Crush Courses start with a New England wine tasting paired with savory artesian breads & farm fresh local cheeses, followed by a Zoll Cellars' biodynamic farm tour.
Then it will be up to you to assist with sorting of grapes, crushing and de-steming of fruit. After our grapes are crushed, we will analyze and test the juice to make simple corrections to balance the must prior to fermentation
Following your Crush will be a full tasting of Zoll Cellars 2012 vintages:
South Eastern New England DRY Riesling, Northern Whites, Massachusetts Pinot Noir, The Lighthouse Blend, The Sand Castle Blend, Cabernet Franc, & Late Harvest NY Vidal Blanc.
Zoll Cellars Winery, located in scenic Shrewsbury Massachusetts, is dedicated to growing and producing wines locally, and to supporting small New England family farms.
