Description
These bags were made by L.L. Bean to honor and support victims of the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing. All the proceeds from the original purchase of the bag went to the One Fund.
These bags are made solely from the genuine, original field tarp used on the field at Fenway Park during Fenway Park's 100th Anniversary Game.
Each and every single bag has its own unique scuffs and markings. The white portions of the bag (tarp) have the red clay marks on them from the field.
Special Instructions
The bags were only sold in L.L. Bean's 5 Northeast Stores on Friday September 6th. They sold out in less than 2 hours.
One of our generous supporters purchased this bag on that day and decided she wanted wanted her donation to have a double impact - so she donated it to us for our auction.
