Bonnie has been practicing the art of bodywork for 23 years. She truly enjoys this practice and helping her clients to feel more relaxed in both body and mind. She first became interested in massage while she was teaching aerobic classes in the early 1980s. Receiving her first massage was a wonderful experience that helped her to continue all of her physical activities, including biking, tennis and teaching fitness classes. She wanted to learn this practice to give back to others and is thankful that she can continue this practice today.
