Evelyn Dolowitz-Nitzberg is a native Petaluman, credentialed art teacher, and an award winning painter and exhibitor. She has taught art for 20 years. Currently she teaches at for the Petaluma City Schools and in her studio. Evelyn has also worked as a photolithographer and graphic artist, designing CD covers and T-shirts. Her mural depicting the history of printing technology (1985) hangs at theInternational Typographical Union Headquarters in San Francisco and her works hang in private collection throughout the U.S.
