Large Group Training is for those who want results-driven, effective and efficient workouts. Our 45 minute sessions are open to all fitness levels and are capped at 12-15 participants per session to ensure you get the proper attention.
Whether you're a beginner or advanced fitness enthusiast, you will leave each session with a sense of accomplishment and results you deserve from your workout. We will take the guess work out of getting results!
Our staff will help you pick the right groups for you to keep your workouts fun and most importantly effective. The simple objective of our program is to get you looking your best and feeling great. All you have to do is show up, bring a positive attitude and work hard. Its that easy!
The Body Unique Large Group Training program is centered around three classes: Cardio Blast, Extreme Functional Training & Max Cardio Kickboxing.
