Shape And Beauty Fitness Center offers Pilates and Body Shaping classes for women 18 and over. Our classes are taught by Larissa , a world class instructor, who has previously taught Body Shaping and Pilates in Israel and the United States, before opening her own studio in Bensonhust, Brooklyn.

As the only center in Brooklyn offering late evening fitness instruction for women, our classes cater to working women, and are convenient for mothers juggling child-care schedules.
