A series of eight one-hour Tai Chi training sessions to give the winning bidder an introduction to a health method practiced all around the world.
Tai Chi is a series of slow, continuous movements combined into what is commonly referred to as The Form. This particular Form is called Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) created by Dr. Paul Lam, a physician from Australia.
It is based on the Sun style of Tai Chi which has more upright postures than other Tai Chi styles ... which are more appropriate for anyone who has arthritis. Having arthritis is not a pre-requisite to learning this Form.
Anyone can learn this wonderful art form and health practice!
