Massage is provided by a licensed massage therapist certified in Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial therapy and tri-release therapy.

Massage is your ally in health. Your massage will include a consultation with your massage therapist to discuss any physical problems that you are experiencing. A 60-minute session will follow concentrating on those problem areas. After the session, your therapist will suggest self-care techniques to help increase the benefits of your session.
