The Smejkal family will deliver a dinner that will feed 4 - 6 people each month, January - December 2014.  

The meals will be delivered frozen in microwave or oven safe, disposable containers.  Thawing and heating instructions will be included.  Minimal assembly may be required.  

Each dinner will consist of an entrée, vegetable and dessert.  

This is the perfect fit for the busy family on the go that wants to sit and enjoy a delicious, nutritious meal together but doesn't have the time to do all the prep work.
