Description
Have you been craving bagels--chewy, flavorful, New York style bagels? Well, now you can bake them in your own kitchen. Joy Danzig, experienced teacher and baker/owner of 'NJoyBread!, a cottage food bakery business, will teach you how. You will receive ample hands-on practice plus printed instructions. This home-based Sunday morning workshop will take approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours. By lunchtime, we'll enjoy freshly baked bagels with some "shmears," and you'll take home the "fruit" of your labor. Join in the fun as we mix, shape, boil and bake these delectable favorites. Date and time are to be arranged with agreement of class participants.
Special Instructions
Program takes place in Santa Rosa located in Sonoma County CA. Address and details concerning appropriate apparel will be given upon workshop purchase. A Sunday morning date will be arranged with input by workshop participants.
