She has a B.A. In English, a M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling, and a Certificate in College & Career Advising.  Heather also holds a  California High School Counseling Credential (PPS) and has counseled locally at Analy, currently at Orchard View School and Summerfield Waldorf School & Farm.
