Chef Richard Gnauck, of Richard's Restaurant, will teach a class of six how to prepare and cook Beef Wellington with all the accompaniments. Dinner will follow, enhanced by fine wine from the cellar of Mike and Betsy Fear. To be held at the home of Mike and Betsy Fear, 383 Old Stage Road, Woolwich.
