One quart of raw, unpasteurized wildflower honey, produced locally by a worker-owned cooperative of free-range bees.  We don’t know whether they have visited any of our preserves, but we wouldn’t rule it out!  The flavor has been described by impartial tasters as  “better than any other honey I’ve tasted” and (for those with particularly sensitive palates) “complex.”  Excellent to sweeten a nice cup of tea on a winter day, or the next batch of granola you cook up!
